Mission

Protecting workers through awareness

Bridge To Opportunity is an advocacy organization based in California, aiming to serve those who are unaware of their rights in the workforce and within in the community. As we expand we are working forward to developing outreach events to help support and advocate for those who are in need.

Our Story

Bridge To Opportunity, originally Construction Worker’s Rights, began in the Fall of 2025. Starting as a passion project it developed into something much more. It began with various presentations to my fellow students in high school, informing them about the rights Construction Workers had and integrating it into the school’s construction academy. As I enter freshman year of college at the University of Southern California, I am keeping touch with the workers rights but also branching out to advocating and supporting those who are underrepresented in our community.

Workers who are unaware of their full rights are more vulnerable to exploitation.
